How does pricing work? Any hidden fees?
Fees are fixed and agreed before we start, priced by the unit that fits each service - document tiers for accounting, per employee for payroll. No hidden fees, and every charge comes with a valid VAT invoice. You can preview reference rates in our pricing and get an official quote after the review.
I already use MISA, QuickBooks or other tools - can I switch?
Yes. We take over and digitise your existing data, batch-post to MISA / QuickBooks when needed, and connect to the sales channels and chat platforms you already use. You don't start from scratch.
Who takes responsibility for the results?
For tax and filings, a 3M expert signs and represents you before the authorities. Every other service runs on a clear SLA with humans supervising the AI; people judge and take responsibility.
