Who we are

3M is an accounting & audit firm in Ho Chi Minh City. Practica is the technology platform that runs the entire back office - accounting, tax, audit, HR & payroll.

Unlike a traditional firm that sells billable hours, or a software company that sells licences, we sell outcomes: clean books every month, filings submitted on time, payroll done right - signed by a 3M expert who stands behind it.

This is a tech-enabled service model: clients buy results, technology is our margin - and the reason you see everything in real time, typically at 30–50% below an in-house team.
