Do I have to learn new software?
No. Practica is infrastructure we operate - you send documents via Zalo / WhatsApp or email as usual and see results on your client portal. No installation, no training.
Who is responsible if the AI gets it wrong?
We are. AI only handles the volume; a 3M expert reviews exceptions and signs every filing - and that signature carries legal professional responsibility.
Is my data safe?
Each client's data is isolated per tenant with RBAC permissions; every action lives in an append-only audit trail (history can't be edited or deleted). We don't use your data to train models for anyone else.
Does Practica work with MISA or QuickBooks?
Yes. Practica batch-posts to MISA/QuickBooks - if you run your own accounting software, your ledger stays there, clean and compliant. You are not locked into our system.
Can I buy Practica as software?
