This website is owned and operated by Công ty TNHH Tư vấn Kế toán - Thuế Ba Miền ("3M", "we"), tax code 0312378929, 32 Đường số 5, KDC CityLand Center Hills, P. Hạnh Thông, TP. Hồ Chí Minh. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to everyone who accesses or uses the website.

By continuing to use the website, you agree to these Terms and to the 3M Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

2. Website content is for reference only

Articles, pricing, the compliance calendar and other content on this website are provided for general reference, based on the regulations in force when they were written. They do not replace professional advice on your business’s specific situation.

Tax, accounting, insurance and labour rules change frequently. We try to keep content up to date but cannot guarantee that everything is complete and accurate when you read it. Please contact us for advice before making decisions.

3. Calculators and indicative quotes

Results from the gross–net salary calculator, the compliance calendar and the service cost estimator are indicative only. Official fees are agreed in writing, and actual tax and insurance obligations depend on each business’s employment contracts, documents and circumstances.

4. Professional services

3M provides accounting, tax, audit, HR or other services only under a signed service agreement. The scope of work, fees, responsibilities and confidentiality commitments of each party are set out in that agreement. If the service agreement and these Terms differ, the service agreement prevails.

5. Intellectual property

The content, images, logos, design and software on this website belong to 3M or its licensors. You may view, download and print content for personal or internal business use, not for commercial purposes. Any other copying, modification, distribution or commercial use requires 3M’s written consent.

6. Prohibited conduct

When using the website, you must not:

• Provide false information, or another person’s information without their consent;
• Interfere with, scan, attack or disrupt the website or related systems;
• Collect data from the website with automated tools without 3M’s permission;
• Use the website for any purpose that breaches Vietnamese law.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute is first resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
