1. Scope

This policy explains how Công ty TNHH Tư vấn Kế toán - Thuế Ba Miền ("3M", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit the website, submit a form, or contact 3M by Zalo, WhatsApp, phone or email. It is prepared under the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and its implementing regulations.

Data that 3M processes while providing services to clients (books, documents, payroll, employee information and so on) is governed by the service agreement and confidentiality terms between the parties, not by this policy.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you interact with 3M, we may collect:

• Information you enter in our forms: name, phone number, business type and the page you submitted from;
• Information you choose to share over Zalo, WhatsApp, phone or email, such as your company name, email address and service needs;
• Technical data when you visit the website: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time of visit, including data from cookies and analytics tools (where enabled).

We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal data through the website.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Contact you, send quotes and schedule reviews at your request;
• Send filing reminders or other information you have signed up for;
• Operate, secure and improve the website;
• Meet our legal obligations.

3M does not buy, sell, rent or trade your personal data.

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form or contact 3M, or where the law permits processing without consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Your data is shared only:

• With 3M staff responsible for advice and client care, within the scope of their work;
• With service providers that help 3M run the website and communicate (hosting, email, messaging, analytics), under corresponding confidentiality obligations;
• With partners you ask us to connect you with, such as cash-flow or lending partners, with your consent;
• With competent state authorities where required by law.

6. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or destroy it. We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures, such as encryption in transit, access control and activity logs, to protect your data.

Where data is stored on servers outside Vietnam, any transfer abroad is carried out in accordance with personal data protection law.
