Do I need an accounting practising licence?
No. Services are performed and signed by 3M. You bring and keep the client relationship; the professional responsibility is ours.
Does 3M refer clients to me?
Yes. For partners operating on Practica (model 2), when a client fits your region, industry or size, 3M refers them for you to serve directly - partnership and revenue-sharing terms are agreed in writing from the start.
How is commission calculated?
Commission is based on each referred client's recurring revenue, agreed in writing before you start and reconciled on a regular schedule. Contact us for the detailed policy by service group.
Will my clients be 'taken' from me?
No. Referral attribution is recorded in the system from day one and you can track every client's status on the portal. The program's credibility rests on exactly this.
What if I still want to do the books for some clients myself?
Absolutely fine. Many partners keep their smaller self-served clients and pass the complex ones (FDI, audits, large payrolls) to 3M - you choose client by client.
